1. About Kynara

Kynara is a guided Digital Twin content platform. Kynara helps users create:

• Digital Twin Images
• Digital Twin Videos
• optional voice-based video outputs
• Kynara TrueFace, a reusable, verified Digital Twin identity built for stronger video consistency

2. Eligibility

You may use Kynara only if you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and must not allow others to use your account in a way that violates these Terms.

4. Your face and your consent

You may only upload and use media of yourself or media for which you have full legal rights and valid consent.

You must not use Kynara to create, imitate or generate another person’s likeness without permission.

Kynara may block, remove or restrict content if we believe it violates identity, consent, safety or legal requirements.

For video, TrueFace, talking-video, clone-like or reusable identity features, additional verification rules apply under the Video Identity Verification & Consent Notice.

5. Uploaded content

You remain responsible for photos, audio, text and other materials you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Kynara the rights needed to process, transform, store and generate outputs from that content for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Generated content

Kynara may generate Digital Twin Images and Digital Twin Videos based on your inputs.

Generated outputs may vary. We do not guarantee that every output will be perfect, identical, error-free or suitable for every use case.

7. Kynara TrueFace

Kynara TrueFace is designed to improve consistency and recognizability across talking videos. TrueFace does not guarantee perfect identity replication or flawless output in every generation.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use Kynara to:

• impersonate another person without consent
• create deceptive or harmful deepfakes
• violate privacy, publicity or personality rights
• create illegal, abusive, defamatory, hateful or exploitative content
• upload content you do not have rights to use
• bypass security or verification systems
• interfere with the platform or other users
• use Kynara for unlawful commercial or political manipulation

9. Plans, credits and paid features

Free and paid features may differ. Some features may require credits, tokens, subscription plans or manual activation. If Kynara offers paid features, prices, billing intervals, included credits, renewal terms and any trial or promotional terms will be shown before purchase or activation. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals through the account or support channel made available by Kynara. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by Kynara.

10. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Kynara may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, errors or circumstances outside our control.

11. Third-party providers

Kynara may rely on technical service providers for hosting, AI generation, video processing, voice processing, lip sync, email, verification and other infrastructure.

12. Intellectual property

Kynara, its brand, website, product structure, software, design, workflows and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce or misuse Kynara’s platform, brand, workflows or proprietary systems.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse identity features, infringe rights or create legal or safety risks.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kynara is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, provider outages or outputs generated from inaccurate or unlawful user inputs. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

The Kynara Legal Notice identifies the provider and public contact channel. Disputes are handled under these Terms unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version will be available on this page.
