2. What Kynara does

Kynara is a guided Digital Twin content platform. Users can create Digital Twin Images and Digital Twin Videos from their own face and content choices.

A user may upload a photo, follow Kynara’s guided flow, create a premium Digital Twin Image, and optionally bring that selected image to life as a talking video with script, lip sync and optional own voice upload.

Kynara TrueFace is a reusable, verified Digital Twin identity built for stronger consistency across talking videos.

Photos, face-related information, voice recordings, likeness information and generated outputs may be sensitive personal information under some laws. Kynara uses this information to provide, secure, verify and improve the service, protect against misuse and enforce consent-based identity rules.

Kynara does not sell uploaded photos, voice recordings or identity-related assets. Kynara does not use uploaded identity media for third-party advertising.

For video, TrueFace, talking-video, clone-like or reusable identity features, additional liveness and face-match rules are described in the Video Identity Verification & Consent Notice.

6. Media and Digital Twin data

Uploaded photos and generated outputs are used to create Digital Twin Images and, if selected, Digital Twin Videos.

Kynara is built around consent-based identity use. Your reusable TrueFace identity is connected to your verified likeness.

You must only upload media of yourself or media for which you have all required rights and consent.

7. Service providers

Kynara may use trusted technical service providers for:

• hosting and infrastructure
• email delivery
• identity and likeness verification
• AI image generation
• AI video generation
• voice and audio processing
• lip sync processing
• payment processing for paid features, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks and fraud prevention
• analytics and security, if activated

We use service providers as needed for hosting, storage, AI generation, video and audio processing, payment processing, analytics, security, email and support.

8. International transfers

Some service providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate. We use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards for these processing activities.

When service providers process data in other countries, we use reasonable contractual, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and data involved.

9. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Uploaded media, generated media and identity-related assets are retained as needed to provide Kynara and protect the user’s likeness.

You may request deletion of your account data, uploaded media, generated media or identity-related assets by contacting Kynara support. We may retain data when reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms or comply with law.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

11. Children
