Refund and Cancellation Policy

Important

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Kynara paid plans, subscriptions, credits, tokens, personalized AI outputs and paid access features when offered by Kynara.

1. Free use

Some Kynara features may be available for free, as a limited trial or under a promotional offer. Free, trial or promotional access does not create a refund claim. Trial and promotional terms, if any, will be shown before activation.

2. Paid plans and digital content

Kynara may offer paid plans, credits, tokens or paid access to Digital Twin Images, Digital Twin Videos, TrueFace features, video identity features or related creator tools.

Because Kynara provides digital services, personalized AI outputs and identity-based media generation, fees are generally non-refundable once access, processing, generation, rendering, identity verification or delivery has started, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Kynara.

3. Failed generations

If a paid generation fails due to a technical error and no usable output is delivered, Kynara may, at its discretion, restore a credit, token or offer another reasonable solution.

4. User input quality

Outputs depend on the user’s uploaded photo, instructions, text and selected options. Kynara may provide upload guidance to improve results. Poor input quality may reduce output quality.

5. Subscriptions

For subscription plans, the billing period, renewal terms, included features and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid.

6. Right of withdrawal

For EU consumers, statutory withdrawal rights may apply.

For digital content or services, withdrawal rights may be affected if the user expressly requests immediate performance or access before the withdrawal period ends.

Cancellation and refund requests are handled through the support or account channel made available by Kynara. Checkout and account flows may require confirmation before a cancellation or refund request is submitted.

7. How to contact us

Kynara may refuse refunds, credits or continued access in cases of abuse, fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, unauthorized use of another person, or violation of the Kynara Terms of Service.
