How Kynara works: from one photo to image, then video.
The workflow is sequential. Create and review the still image first; continue into speaking video only when the visual result is right.
1. Upload one clear photo
One clear photo is enough to begin. It supplies the starting identity reference for your first Digital Twin Image.
2. Choose a guided direction
Select understandable options such as scene, look, presence and content purpose. You do not need to translate your idea into technical prompt language.
3. Create the Digital Twin Image
Kynara turns those choices into a still image. This is the first useful product result and can be used on its own.
4. Review and select the result
Check likeness, face quality, clothing, scene, framing and brand fit. Continue only with an image you would actually consider using.
5. Keep the image or continue into video
The image remains a standalone asset. When ready, select it as the visible foundation for a Digital Twin Talking Video.
6. Add script, voice, motion and lip sync
The video stage adds your message and speech to the approved image. It is a separate product step, not a requirement for using the image.
Optional paid path: build KynFace
KynFace is built from 20 guided smartphone photos and is separate from the one-photo start. It is designed to provide a stronger reusable identity reference, with the primary intended benefit appearing in repeated Digital Twin Talking Videos.
