Kynara Affiliate Program Terms
Participation, attribution, commissions, compliance and responsible promotion requirements for approved Kynara affiliates.
Program status
The Kynara Affiliate Beta is a private, manually reviewed partner program. Kynara may accept, reject, suspend or terminate any application or affiliate account at its discretion.
Contracting party
The program is operated by Kynara AI LLC, with business mailing address at 1021 E Lincolnway, #10452, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Tax ID / EIN is 36-5184601.
Eligibility
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
- Affiliates must provide accurate identity, contact, country, tax and payout information when requested.
- Participation is not guaranteed and may be limited by country, platform, audience type or compliance risk.
Independent relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing creates an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture or representative relationship. Affiliates may not bind Kynara or make commitments on Kynara’s behalf.
Referral codes and attribution
- Approved affiliates may receive a personal referral code.
- A referral code alone does not create a payout right.
- Attribution may be rejected for fraud, self-referrals, refunds, chargebacks, invalid traffic, policy violations or technical abuse.
- Tracking windows, commission rates and eligible products may be communicated separately in writing.
Compliance obligation
Affiliates must follow the Affiliate Compliance & Marketing Rules, Disclosure Guide, Brand & Claims Guide, Media Kit License, Music License Addendum and Payout & Fraud Policy.
Termination
Kynara may suspend or terminate affiliate participation, disable codes, revoke media access and withhold unpaid commissions if an affiliate violates the program rules or creates legal, brand, fraud or user-safety risk.
No public asset rights
Affiliate status does not grant ownership of Kynara trademarks, media, music, screenshots, videos, templates, code, user data or product content.
Individual commercial terms
Commission rates, payout thresholds, tax procedures, tracking windows and eligible products may be communicated individually in writing. These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Kynara affiliate clarity
Kynara affiliate pages are part of the public marketing surface for creators, partners and promoters. The purpose is to explain the program clearly, keep partner communication consistent and protect the Kynara brand while the product grows in the United States and other English-speaking creator markets.
Affiliates should describe Kynara as a guided Digital Twin content platform for users creating content of themselves from their own image. The safest and strongest message is simple: one photo, guided choices, polished Digital Twin content, no prompt knowledge required.
Public promotion should avoid exaggerated performance promises, unsafe impersonation language, misleading claims about realism, or statements that imply guaranteed reach, income or perfect likeness. Kynara is positioned as a premium, controlled creator workflow — not a sensational AI shortcut.
