Affiliate Compliance & Marketing Rules
The marketing, outreach, disclosure, identity-safety and traffic-quality rules every approved Kynara affiliate must follow.
Mandatory disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose when they may receive compensation, commission, free access, benefits or other value from Kynara.
No misleading claims
- Do not claim guaranteed income, guaranteed performanceity, guaranteed sales or guaranteed results.
- Do not imply that every output will be perfect, photorealistic or identical to a camera recording.
- Do not present AI-generated Kynara content as unedited real footage.
- Do not claim that Kynara allows use of any person’s identity without consent.
AI identity safety
- Do not use or encourage use of another person’s face without clear consent.
- Do not use celebrities, public figures, minors or private individuals as demo identities without written permission.
- Do not create political, sexual, defamatory, hateful, illegal or deceptive unauthorized synthetic impersonation-style promotions.
- Do not imply Kynara is designed for impersonation or deception.
Outreach rules
- No spam DMs.
- No scraped contact lists.
- No bots or automated mass outreach.
- No purchased email lists unless legally compliant and expressly approved by Kynara.
- No misleading subject lines, sender names or fake urgency.
Paid ads and search
- No bidding on Kynara brand terms without written approval.
- No typosquatting, fake Kynara pages or confusing domains.
- No ads that imply official employment, partnership or ownership unless expressly authorized.
Fraud and abuse
- No cookie stuffing.
- No fake traffic.
- No self-referrals.
- No forced clicks.
- No incentive abuse unless expressly approved.
- No hiding or manipulating referral codes.
Monitoring
Kynara may review affiliate content, request changes, disable links, withhold payouts or terminate participation for policy violations.
