How Guided Agency works.

Before you start

You need an active Creator or Pro plan. Agency is US-first and requires you to confirm that you are a US resident, at least 18 and an adult under your state law, and that you are using your own voice and likeness. Open Agency privacy settings from the dashboard before building a plan.

1. Build the four-week plan

Open Agency and choose Overview. If you do not have an active plan, Kynara shows the plan builder. Enter your main goal, audience, timezone, posts per week, image/video mix, experimental share and the intensity of regular and experimental content.

The plan starts on the next local day and covers four contiguous seven-day segments. One post per week is valid; Kynara does not add filler posts just to make the calendar look busy.

2. Review and confirm

Open the plan and review its dates, mix and post list. Choose Confirm this exact four-week plan only when that revision reflects the direction you want. Confirmation applies to that exact revision, not to future plans.

3. Create each post manually

Open a post to see its brief. Use Copy brief, then Open Kynara Create. The current Agency release does not automatically generate media, spend Credits or publish. You remain in the normal Kynara Create workflow and choose when to generate an image or video.

4. Stop or restart a cycle

You can stop the active plan from its Plan view. Stopping prevents it from remaining the current cycle. Historical plan evidence stays available for audit and continuity. You can then start a new four-week cycle.

Privacy controls

Agency privacy settings are separate from the Agency on/off release flag. Eligibility can be managed without activating Full Automation. Interview, voice, likeness and publication permissions remain separate. If a permission is unavailable, Kynara does not silently grant it.

You can also request deletion of Agency data from the privacy settings. Kynara tracks primary, provider, backup and restricted-record obligations separately rather than claiming complete erasure while something remains pending.

Full Automation — Coming soon

Full Automation will mean connected-channel publishing and the automated feedback loop. It will be enabled platform by platform only after the exact capability, account scope, disclosure, rights and operational gates are verified. There is no published launch date.
