Kynara Music License Addendum

The permitted use of Kynara-approved promotional music in affiliate campaigns and public marketing content.

Music status

Kynara may provide selected Kynara-approved AI-assisted promotional music for affiliate promotional content. These tracks are intended only for Kynara promotion.

License grant

Approved affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved music only in promotional content for Kynara while their affiliate status is active.

Allowed editing

  • Cutting to length.
  • Volume adjustment.
  • Fade in / fade out.
  • Syncing to approved Kynara promotional videos or social clips.

Strictly prohibited

  • No resale.
  • No upload as your own song to Spotify, Apple Music or similar platforms.
  • No Content ID registration.
  • No registration with collecting societies as your work.
  • No use for other brands or products.
  • No sublicensing or sharing with third parties.
  • No use after affiliate status ends.

AI-assisted music notice

Kynara does not represent that AI-assisted music is exclusively copyright-protected worldwide. Affiliates may use the music only under this limited license.
