Content created with Kynara is AI-generated. Results vary, and Kynara provides no guarantee of any specific output, quality, likeness accuracy, or outcome.
Face Ownership & Likeness Consent
To create an AI persona you complete a likeness-consent and face-ownership step. Kynara verifies only that the face used belongs to the account holder, so that you create exclusively your own AI persona. Kynara does not perform identity verification, and does not check government-issued IDs, passports, or driver's licenses.
Acceptable Use
You may generate content based on your own likeness only. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Misuse of the platform in any form.
- Illegal content of any kind.
- Using the identity or likeness of another person.
- Violating the personality, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
Your Content
You are responsible for the material you upload and for how you use generated content. You confirm you hold the rights to the material you provide.
